Service Description

MEDIATION PRICING: 1 Hr Mediation - $175 per party 2 Hr Mediations - $350 per party 1/2 Day Mediations - $600 per party (4 hours) Full Day Mediations -$1,200 per party (8 hours) ONLINE PROCESSING FEE: To cover the costs associated with secure payment processing and for the convenience of online transactions we charge a one time $35.10 credit card processing fee. If you wish to bypass the online credit card processing fee, you have the option to submit payment via check or money order by mail that must be received before the mediation date to pay without incurring the online processing fee. Mail your payment to the provided address upon confirmation. CANCELLATION POLICY: 24 hour notice is required for any cancelation or rescheduling. IN PERSON MEDIATIONS ARE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST (lunch provided if full day) Attorney Information Sheets and Mediation Rules are available upon request. **Please make sure to request appropriate mediation time frame as parties will be charged $175/hour for every hour the mediation goes beyond schedule**
